Welcome to Ocean Club South | End Unit Beach Condo. If you’ve had a full season of life and you’re ready to finally get to the beach, this is the kind of place where you can settle in and exhale.

Our end unit sits on the quiet, no-drive end of New Smyrna Beach. It’s bright, comfortable, and intentionally simple. From the balcony you can see the beach between the buildings, and upstairs the primary bedroom looks out toward the pool and shoreline. The extra windows bring in natural light throughout the day, so it never feels dark or heavy.

We fully renovated the condo in recent years with the goal of keeping it clean, functional, and easy to live in. Guests often tell us it just feels good here. Not overly decorated. Not fussy. Just comfortable.

The layout works well for families and couples traveling together, offering privacy without feeling disconnected.

Kitchen and Living Area

The kitchen is stocked the way we like to have it stocked when we stay — enough cookware, dishes, and basics to actually make meals without feeling limited. A crockpot, blender, and the everyday essentials are there for easy beach days.

The living area is relaxed and uncluttered. It’s a good place to sit after the beach, read, watch a movie, or just not be on a schedule.

Behind the couch is a bar-height table that works well for both meals and remote work. It has built-in outlets and USB plugs, with seating for two there and three more at the island. Whether you’re answering emails or having coffee before heading out, it’s a comfortable setup.

Each television is a smart TV, and cable is included. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts during their stay. Board games, books, and a few cozy throw blankets are available for slower evenings.

The condo is set up to make traveling with kids easier. Available for your stay:

Beach toys, a cooler, beach towels, and a storage box are on the balcony so you don’t have to pack everything from home.
