Our end unit sits on the quieter, no-drive end of New Smyrna Beach. It’s bright, comfortable, and intentionally simple. From the balcony, you can see the beach between the buildings. Upstairs, the primary bedroom looks toward the pool and shoreline.
With extra windows bringing in natural light throughout the day, the condo never feels dark or heavy. It simply feels easy.

The kitchen is stocked the way we like it when we stay. Enough cookware, dishes, and basics to prepare real meals without feeling limited. A crockpot, blender, and everyday essentials are included for easy beach days.
The living area is relaxed and uncluttered. A place to read, watch a movie, or simply not be on a schedule.
Behind the couch, a bar-height table with built-in outlets and USB ports works well for remote work or morning coffee. Seating for two there and three more at the island.
Smart TVs are included, along with cable. Guests can log into their own streaming accounts. Board games, books, and cozy throw blankets are available for slower evenings.

We’re located at Ocean Club South on the no-drive end of New Smyrna Beach. The unit isn’t directly oceanfront, but you can see the beach from the balcony, and the walk to the sand is quick and easy within the complex.
Is this a good fit for families?
Yes. The layout works really well for families, couples, and small groups. We’ve tried to think through the details that make traveling easier, including a high chair, pack and play, baby gate, beach toys, beach towels, and the everyday essentials.
What makes this condo different from others in the complex?
This is an end unit, which means extra windows and natural light throughout the day. It never feels dark or crowded. When we renovated it, we focused on keeping it clean, open, and comfortable rather than overly decorated or fussy.

Why did you choose to rent this condo?
My parents bought this condo when I was in high school, and it has always been one of my favorite places. When we renovated it, I wanted to keep everything I love about it. Light, open, and comfortable.
